At the University of Leicester, you’ll gain a hands-on and practical understanding of engineering, equipping you not only to succeed as an engineer, but also providing you with a raft of transferable skills.

The School of Engineering opened in 1961, and it has developed into a home for multi-disciplinary Engineering teaching and research. There are approximately 600 students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and 80 postgraduate research students in the School. The School offers an outstanding student experience and engage in world-leading research.

A Foundation at the Global Study Centre is the perfect option for students who need an additional year of study to improve knowledge and skills before progressing onto your chosen undergraduate degree.
